Jamie Oliver's restaurant in Covent Garden, London has been at the mercy of the fire brigade not once, but twice. The last time was in September 2013.
Everyone was evacuated that lunch time back in September 2013 as the second fire of the restaurant's history broke. Reports said the fire was under investigation and did not offer any explanation as to the cause.
If the commercial kitchen and the associated ducting and grease extraction systems at the restaurant had not been cleaned frequently and to TR/19 standards then we would say these would be a good place to investigate to find the cause of the fire.
Professional Kitchen Duct Cleaning services to restaurants, hotels, cafes, bistros, in fact anybody with a Commercial Kitchen need to be carried out regularly and to TR/19 standards to ensure fires like this one at one of Jamie's restaurants don't happen and that they comply with their insurance stipulations.
